10. PIX Cloverleaf Application Management Services Contract\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Executive Director of Information\nSystems Advisory Board to finalize and execute a contract with lnfor Public\nSector, Inc. for PIX Cloverleaf Application Management Services, for a period\nof six years and up to four one-year extension options, for maximum total\ncontract amount of $10,529,000 for the 10-year term; and authorize the\nExecutive Director to take the following actions:\nDuring the term of the contract, execute change notices to the contract,\nwhich do not affect the scope or work, payment amounts, or any other\nterm or condition included under the contract, and if necessary,\nterminate the contract for convenience; and\nDuring the term of the contract, execute amendments to the contract that\nelect to extend the term of the contract for an extended term, do not\nmaterially affect the scope of work, payment amounts, or any term or\ncondition included in the contract, provide written consent to an\nassignment or delegation under Paragraph 8.2 (Assignment and\nDelegation/Mergers or Acquisitions) of the contract, approve and make\nnecessary changes to the scope of services to comply with the County's\nProtection of Electronic County Information, implement a reduction\npursuant to Paragraph 8.4 (Budget Reductions) of the contract, and/or\nimplement orders from the Board to add or change terms and conditions\nin the contract.
