Writing Evaluation Services Contract\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Personnel to execute a contract\nwith CPS HR Consulting, for the provision of writing evaluation services,\neffective upon execution, for an initial term of three years, with up to two\nconsecutive one-year extension options at an estimated amount of $183,000 for\nthe initial three-year term; exercise the two one-year extension options at an\nannual approximate amount of $61,000 and an approximate total amount of\n$122,000; execute amendments to the contract to add, delete, and/or change\ncertain non-substantive terms and conditions, as well as terms and conditions\nrequired by the Board, and to maintain compliance with applicable law; and\nincrease the annual contract amount up to 10% for additional work within the\nscope of the contract, if required.
