F. APPROVE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT NO 25C048 WITH UNITED\nRENTALS (NORTH AMERICA), INC. FOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Cooperative Purchase agreement 25C048 with United Rentals (North\nAmerica) Inc., for equipment rental services in an amount not to exceed $375,000 for\nan initial three-year term beginning March 13, 2025, and continuing through March\n12, 2028, with two one-year extension options by mutual written agreement;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
