E. APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICE AGREEMENTS NO. 25B056 AND 24B058 WITH R&R\nB INC DBA SERVPRO OF PALM SPRINGS AND 25B057 AND 25B059 WITH DESERT\nVALLEY RESTORATION, INC. FOR ON-CALL GENERAL EMERGENCY RESTORATION\nAND REMEDIATION SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement 25B056 with R&R B Inc DBA Servpro of Palm\nSprings to provide on-call general emergency restoration and remediation services for\nthe Public Works department in an amount not to exceed $600,000 for the initial\nthree-year term beginning March 17, 2025, through March 16, 2028, with two one-\nyear extension options at the City’s sole discretion;\n2. Approve Contract Services Agreement 25B057 with Desert Valley Restoration, Inc. to\nprovide on-call general emergency restoration and remediation services for the Public\nWorks department in an amount not to exceed $400,000 for the initial three-year term\nbeginning March 17, 2025, through March 16, 2028, with two one-year extension\noptions at the City’s sole discretion;\n3. Approve Contract Services Agreement 25B058 with R&R B Inc DBA Servpro of Palm\nSprings to provide on-call general emergency restoration and remediation services for\nthe Parks & Recreation department in an amount not to exceed $200,000 for the\ninitial three-year term beginning March 17, 2025, through March 16, 2028, with two\none-year extension options at the City’s sole discretion;\n4. Approve Contract Services Agreement 25B059 with Desert Valley Restoration, Inc. to\nprovide on-call general emergency restoration and remediation services for the Parks\n& Recreation department in an amount not to exceed $135,000 for the initial three-\nyear term beginning March 17, 2025, through March 16, 2028, with two one-year\nextension options at the City’s sole discretion;\n5. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
