B. APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 25P055 WITH\nCLIFTONLARSONALLEN LLP FOR PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 25P055 with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP to\nprovide professional auditing services for an initial three-year term in an amount not\nto exceed $393,627 beginning March 13, 2025, through March 12, 2028, with two\none-year extension options at the City’s sole discretion; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
