REINSTATING WATER SHUTOFFS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SENATE BILL 998 AND\nMUNICIPAL CODE 14.12.240\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Receiving and filing this report notifying the City Council and public that the City will resume\nwater shut-offs and late fees pursuant to Monterey Park Municipal Code (“MPMC”) §\n14.12.240; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
