8. Approve an Agreement with the Los Angeles County Fair Association for Law\nEnforcement Services for the 2025 Los Angeles County Fair\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-43 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2024-25 OPERATING\nBUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES BY $72,428 AND\nAPPROPRIATING $72,428 IN THE GENERAL FUND\n2) Approve an agreement with the Los Angeles County Fair Association for Law\nEnforcement Services for the 2025 Los Angeles County Fair in the amount of\n$836,717; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all agreements on behalf\nof the City, in substantially the form submitted, subject to review and approval by the\nCity Attorney.
