6. Award a Two-Year Contract to Axon Enterprise, Inc. for the Purchase of FususOne\nSoftware Management System and Establish Axon Enterprise, Inc. as the Sole Source\nProvider of Standard Police Equipment\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Award a Two-Year purchasing contract to Axon Enterprise, Inc. for the FususOne\nSoftware Management for an aggregate amount not to exceed $200,000;\n2) Establish Fusus (Axon Enterprise, Inc) as the sole source provider of standard Police\nequipment for Fiscal Year 2024-25; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all agreements on behalf\nof the City, subject to review and approval as to form by the City Attorney.
