Approval of Task Order Number 003 with Rick Engineering for Design Services for\nBaldridge Canyon Drive Storm Improvements (Pleasant Hill Drive Storm Drain) from\nBaldridge Canyon Drive to Drainage Channel for a Total Amount Not to Exceed\n$126,060 (Ward 4) Pg.1002\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California\nadopt Resolution 2025­267:\n1. Approving Task Order Number 003 with Rick Engineering Company, Inc,. in the\namount of $57,300.00 for design services for Baldridge Canyon Drive Storm\nImprovements (Pleasant Hill Drive Storm Drain) from Baldridge Canyon Drive\nto Drainage Channel (Project); and\n2. Authorizing design contingencies, project management, and\nadministrative costs in the amount of $11,460.00; and\n3. Authorizing the Interim Director of Finance and Management Services to\namend the FY 2024/25 Capital Improvement Plan by re­allocating\n$68,760.00 from the Storm Drain Upgrade project to the Baldridge Canyon\nDrive Storm Improvements (Pleasant Hill Drive Storm Drain) from Baldridge\nCanyon Drive to Drainage Channel project; and\n4. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute an all documents\nnecessary for the Task Order with Rick Engineering Company; and\n5. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to expend the contingency fund, if\nnecessary, to complete the project.\nDISCUSSION
