A Public Hearing to consider a Proposed Five-Year Consolidated Plan (2023 - 2028) and\nProposed Annual Action Plan FY 2023-2024 for the Community Development Block Grant\n(CDBG) Program\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Establish the priority needs for the City of Glendora's Five Year\nConsolidated Plan 2023-2028; 2. Review and accept the activity and projects to be included in the\nCDBG Annual Action Plan for FY 2023-2024; and 3. Commence the required 30-day public\ncomment period.
