Adopt a Categorical Exemption from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15301(c) of the California Code of Regulations;\n2. Approve the Plans and Specifications, including Addendum No. 1 for Cumberland Rd.,\nPalomar Dr., Lone Hill Ave., Amelia Ave., Country Club Dr., and Country Club Vista St. Water\nand Street Improvements, Plan Nos. 1341-1345; 3. Award the construction contract to Gentry\nBrothers, Inc. for Cumberland Rd., Palomar Dr., Lone Hill Ave., Amelia Ave., Country Club Dr.,\nand Country Club Vista St. Water and Street Improvements, Plan Nos. 1341-1345 in the amount\nof $3,095,880; 4. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement with\nGentry Brothers, Inc., including minimal and/or non-substantive changes; 5. Authorize the\nAdministrative Services Director to appropriate $434,308 from the Water Capital Projects Fund\n530 towards the project budget; and 6. Authorize the Public Works Director to execute any\nnecessary change orders in an amount not to exceed 10% of the original contract amount.
