F. CONTRACT AWARD - AS-NEEDED GEOTECHNICAL PLAN REVIEW\nSERVICES\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-33, which will:\n1. Award professional services agreements to LGC Geotechnical, Inc, GMU\nGeotechnical, Inc., and Verdantas, Inc. for on-call as-needed geotechnical\nplan check services.\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-13, by\nand between the City of San Clemente and LGC Geotechnical, Inc.,\nproviding for on-call as-needed geotechnical plan check services, for a term\nof three (3) years, in an amount not to exceed $80,000 annually, with two\noptional one-year extensions exercisable in the City Manager's discretion.\n3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-14, by\nand between the City of San Clemente and GMU Geotechnical, Inc.,\nproviding for on-call as-needed geotechnical plan check services, for a term\nof three (3) years, in an amount not to exceed $80,000 annually, with two\noptional one-year extensions exercisable in the City Manager's discretion.\n4. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-15, by\nand between the City of San Clemente and Verdantas, Inc., providing for\non-call as-needed geotechnical plan check services, for a term of three (3)\nyears, in an amount not to exceed $30,000 annually, with two optional\none-year extensions exercisable in the City Manager's discretion.
