I.18 AUTHORIZATION OF GRANT AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF ELECTRIC\nVEHICLE CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE (REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS)\nAuthorization of the Western Riverside Council of Governments California Energy\nCommission Zero-Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Subrecipient Agreement By and\nBetween the Western Riverside Council of Governments and the City of Moreno\nValley For the Purchase of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve the Western Riverside Council of Governments California Energy\nCommission Zero-Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Subrecipient Agreement By and\nBetween the Western Riverside Council of Governments and the City of Moreno\nValley with a match funding requirement of $92,820.17 funded through the General\nFund Fleet Operations (1010); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the attached agreements subject to the\napproval of the City Attorney; and\n3. Approve budget adjustments as set forth in the Fiscal Impact section of this report.
