MIDYEAR UPDATE ON FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 GENERAL FUND AND\nENTERPRISE FUND FINANCIAL RESULTS, GENERAL FUND FORECAST,\nAND UPDATES ON COST REDUCTION AND REVENUE ENHANCEMENT\nOPPORTUNITIES.\nComment: This report provides a midyear update of the City's financial performance\nfor fiscal year 2024-25. It includes a comparative analysis of the General Fund\nresults against the same period in fiscal year 2023-24, as well as an assessment of\nEnterprise Fund performance relative to the fiscal year 2024-25 revised budget.\nAdditionally, this report offers a General Fund forecast for the remainder of the\ncurrent fiscal year, a ten-year General Fund forecast through fiscal year 2033-34,\nand an update on reviews performed and strategies implemented to-date for cost\nreduction and revenue enhancement opportunities to address forecasted future\ndeficits.
