APPROVAL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 82702, A SELF-STORAGE PROJECT\nLOCATED AT 414 SOUTH SAN GABRIEL BOULEVARD PLANNING CASE NO.\nTMAP19-008\nThe development, located at 414 South San Gabriel Boulevard, is a 199,358-\nsquare-foot building with self-storage and an artist studio. City staff and the\nLos Angeles Department of Public Works have reviewed the Final Parcel Map\nand have determined it is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act,\nconditions of approval, and the City’s ordinances. There is no financial impact\nin processing a final map.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: The project has\nbeen reviewed for compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA). The City has determined that the project would not have a significant\neffect on the environment due to mitigation measures incorporated through the\nadoption of the Final Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) and Mitigation\nMonitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP).\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council Regular Meeting Agenda – March 18, 2025 3\nStaff recommends that the City Council accept Final Parcel Map No. 82702 and\nauthorize filing with the Los Angeles County Recorder.
