6) CONSIDERATION OF AGREEMENT WITH BRIAN F. KNIGHT, ARCHITECT, INC. DBA BFK\nARCHITECTURE + PLANNING FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR CITY HALL ADA\nIMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 22017\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Award the Request for Proposals (RFP) for design services for the City Hall ADA\nImprovements Project to Brian F. Knight, Architect Inc. dba BFK Architecture + Planning;\nand\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Professional Services Agreement\nwith Brian F. Knight, Architect Inc. dba BFK Architecture + Planning, with a maximum\ncompensation of $233,000.00, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.\nFINANCE DEPARTMENT
