19. ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES – AUTHORIZATION TO\nADVERTISE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Authorize the City Engineer to Advertise a Request for Proposals to Provide On-\nCall Professional Engineering Services; and\n2) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the On-Call Professional Engineering Services\nContract Agreements with Southstar Engineering and Consulting, Inc.; JMDiaz,\nInc.; NV5, Inc.; and RMA International Landscape Architecture providing a 1-year\nterm extension and revising the expiration date to April 6, 2026; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment with each of the consultant\nfirms; and\n4) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
