16. CALIFORNIA STATE LIBRARY GRANT AWARD FOR LUNCH AT THE LIBRARY\nPROGRAM (COMMUNITY SERVICES)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve and authorize the Director of Community Services to execute the\nagreement for California State Library Grant Award for the Lunch At The Library\nProgram at the Santa Fe Springs City Library; and\n2) Approve the recognition of $8,800 in grant funds awarded by the California State\nLibrary and authorize the deposit of these funds into the Library & Cultural\nServices Administration's State Grants/Subventions revenue account (No.\n10105699-442000); and\n3) Approve an increase in expense authority by $8,800 in the Library & Cultural\nServices Activity (No. 10105699) as outlined in the Fiscal Impact section to allow\nfor the expenditure of the grant funds; and\n4) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
