7.d. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 25-027,\nAPPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PUBLIC WORKS\nAGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND CALPROMAX ENGINEERING,\nINC. FOR THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS AT LEE AVE &\nGARVEY AVE AND DURFEE AVE & PECK RD (HSIPL-5352(021))\nOn March 26, 2024, the City Council of the City of South El Monte (“City\nCouncil”) approved a Public Works Agreement with Calpromax\nEngineering, Inc. (“Agreement”), for the Traffic Signal Improvements at Lee\nAve & Garvey Ave and Durfee Ave & Peck Rd (HSIPL-5352(021))\n(“Project”). An extension of the term of the Agreement is necessary for\nproject completion; no additional compensation is required.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council adopt\nResolution No. 25-027, extending the term of the Agreement to March 26,\n2026, to complete the Project.
