CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 25-026,\nAPPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO RENEW AND EXTEND THE\nAGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH EL MONTE AND THE\nSAUCE CREATIVE SERVICES FOR NEWSLETTER PUBLISHING\nSERVICES FOR THREE (3) ADDITIONAL ONE (1) YEAR TERMS\nThe City of South El Monte ("City") provides a monthly newsletter, the\nSouth El Monte News, that informs residents of upcoming events,\nprograms, projects, and policies of city government. The City entered into\na Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement") with The Sauce Creative\nServices for newsletter publishing services, which expires on April 25,\n2025. Amendment No. 1 will renew and extend the Agreement for three (3)\nadditional one (1) year terms.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-026, approving Amendment No. 1\nrenewing and extending the current agreement between the City and\nThe Sauce Creative Services for three (3) additional one (1) year\nterms; and\n2.
