Reduction of Securities for Tract Map No. 14933\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve an 80-percent release of the Water, Drainage, and Sewer Faithful\nPerformance Securities associated with Tract Map No. 14933; and\n(2) Accept the completed Water, Drainage, and Sewer Public Improvements.
