14. AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD COMPREHENSIVE ZONING CODE UPDATE\nSERVICES (RFP 25-8) TO LISA WISE CONSULTING\n(COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Authorize the award of RFP 25-8 to Lisa Wise Consulting for the Comprehensive\nZoning Code Update; and\n2) Approve the Professional Service Agreement between the City of Santa Fe\nSprings and Lisa Wise Consulting; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
