4. ORDINANCE NO. 1155 – AMEND SECTION 155.519 (INTERSTATE 605\nCORRIDOR ELECTRONIC BILLBOARD SIGN PROGRAM) WITHIN TITLE 15\n(LAND USE), CHAPTER 155 (ZONING), OF THE SANTA FE SPRINGS\nMUNICIPAL CODE AND DETERMINE THAT THE ACTION IS EXEMPT UNDER\nCEQA (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Open the Public Hearing; and\n2) Receive any comments from the public wishing to speak on this matter and\nthereafter close the Public Hearing; and\n3) Find and determine that the Ordinance is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section\n15061(b)(3); and\n4) Introduce by title only and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 1155: An\nOrdinance of the City of Santa Fe Springs Municipal Code relating to electronic\nbillboards in manufacturing zones of the Interstate 605 Corridor; and\n5) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
