5. Award of Contract for Independence Day Spectacular with Pyro\nSpectaculars, Inc.\nIt is recommended that the City Council;\n1. Award contract to Pyro Spectaculars, Inc. in the amount of\n$23,000 for professional pyrotechnic services related to the\nIndependence Day Spectacular; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute contract; and\n3. Authorize Director of Recreation & Community Services to\nexecute any associated documents; and\n4.
