8. Approval of Crossing Guard Services Agreement with All City\nManagement Services for Fiscal Year 2025-2026\nIt is recommended that the City Council\n1. Approve the contract with ACMS for crossing guard\nservices for FY 2025-26 in an amount not to exceed\n$316,368; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate funding\nfrom the General Fund and include it in the FY 2026\nbudget to cover the City’s share of the services; and\n4.
