16. LAGUNA CANYON ROAD COUNCIL AD HOC\nCOMMITTEE AND VISIT FROM THE\nMEMBERS OF THE CALIFORNIA\nTRANSPORTATION COMMISSION\nRecommendations:\n(1) For the month of April 2025, designate Mayor\nRounaghi as a temporary substitute for Council\nMember Whalen on the Council Ad Hoc Committee\nrelating to Laguna Canyon Road;\n(2) Clarify the discussion points that Ad Hoc\nCommittee members can make during an upcoming\nmeeting with members of the California\nTransportation Commission; and\n(3) The Ad Hoc Committee members report back at a\nfuture Council meeting regarding the meeting with\nthe CTC and results of the tour.
