6. Approve Memorandum of Understanding between the City of\nBaldwin Park and the San Gabriel Valley Regional Housing Trust\nfor Eligible Activity #3 Matching Permanent Local Housing\nAllocation Funds for Regional Housing Trust It is recommended\nthat the City Council:\n1. Approve the MOU between the City of Baldwin Park and\nthe SGVRHT for utilization of the PLHA Funds - Housing\nTrust Match in the amount of $250,805.55; and\n2. Authorize the CEO to execute the MOU and necessary\ndocuments associated with the PLHA Funds; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Finance to make necessary\nbudget adjustments and appropriations including\npayments, upon receipt of funding from the Department of\nHousing & Community Development (HCD).\nSTAFF REPORT
