10D. Consider and adopt City Manager compensation package and Employment\nAgreement for Jennifer Campbell as City Manager. Environmental\nConsiderations: The action being considered by the City Council is exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) because it is not a\n"project" under Section 15378(b)(5) of CEQA Guidelines. The action involves\nan organizational or administrative activity of government that will not result in\nthe direct or indirect physical change in the environment. Consider and\nadopt Resolution 2025-33 titled, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City\nof Encinitas, California, Authorizing the Execution of the Employment\nAgreement for the City Manager" authorizing the Mayor to execute the City\nManager's Employment Agreement, effective March 5, 2025, at an annual\nbase salary of $309,000, an annual City contribution of $20,000 to City's\n401(a) Defined Contribution Plan and $500 per month car allowance; and 2)\nConsider and adopt Resolution 2025-34, titled, "A Resolution of the City\nCouncil of the City of Encinitas, California, Approving and Adopting the City's\nPay Schedule" approving and adopting effective March 5, 2025, the City's Pay\nSchedule in the amount of $309,000.\n2025-03-19 Item 10D Appointing City Manager
