ADOPT A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THREE NEW CLASSIFICATIONS AND UPDATING THE\nSALARY OF ONE EXISTING CLASSIFICATION REPRESENTED\nBY PMA AND NON-REPRESENTED MANAGEMENT (Human Resources Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA guidelines Section\n15061(b)(3) “Common Sense” exemption; and\n(2) Adopt a Resolution Establishing Three New Classifications and Updating the Salary of One Existing\nClassification Represented by PMA and\nNON-REPRESENTED MANAGEMENT.\nRESOLUTION
