11. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION\nTO THE ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION\nAUTHORITY FOR LOCAL TRANSPORTATION\nFUNDS\nRecommendations:\n(1) Adopt the Resolution titled, “A RESOLUTION OF\nTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAGUNA\nBEACH, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE\nFILING OF ALL APPLICATIONS WITH THE\nORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION\nAUTHORITY FOR LOCAL TRANSPORTATION\nFUNDS,” authorizing the City Manager to file an\napplication and claim with the Orange County\nTransportation Authority for $1,495,894.78 from the\nLocal Transportation Fund, and to file amendments\nas necessary due to budget adjustments or any\nchanges in the City’s apportionment of Local\nTransportation Funds; and\n(2) Find said action not subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act.
