Annual Routine Janitorial and Related Services at City Facilities\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve Thirteenth Amendment to the existing maintenance\ncontract with Alliance Building Maintenance, LLC for the subject services for the period of\nJuly 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027 in the amount of $1,534,294.77 and (2) authorize issuance\nof a purchase order to Alliance Building Maintenance, LLC for the period of July 1, 2025\nthrough June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $767,147.38 pending adoption of the 2025-\n2027 budget by City Council.
