14. Approve the professional services agreement with Dudek, in an amount not to exceed $180,000,\nfor consultant services for the City of Anaheim Wildfire Evacuation Plan; authorize the Public\nWorks Director, or designee, to execute the agreement and to take the necessary, required, or\nadvisable actions to implement and administer the agreement; and increase the Public Works\nDepartment’s Fiscal Year 2024/25 revenue and expenditure budgets in the Restricted\nTransportation Grant funds by $90,000.
