5B. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RJM DESIGN GROUP INC. FOR THE\nFRIENDSHIP PARK CONCEPTUAL PLANS AND COST ESTIMATE\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement in the amount of\n$101,265 with RJM Design Group, Inc. (RJM) for the Friendship Park Conceptual Plans and Cost\nEstimate Project; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary non-\nmonetary changes to the agreement; 3) Authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to\nexecute the agreement; and, 4) Appropriate $101,300 from the undesignated General Fund\nbalance to the Friendship Park Improvement Project account for the Conceptual Plans and Cost\nEstimate Project.
