RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND APPROVAL OF CONTRACT\nWITH ALL AMERICAN ASPHALT FOR THE 2024-2025 ANNUAL SLURRY SEAL PROJECT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution approving the plans and specifications for the\n2024-2025 Annual Slurry Seal Project; 2) Award a contract to All American Asphalt in the\namount of $316,750; 3) Authorize contingency funds in the amount of $35,000 in the same\npurchase order; 4) Authorize construction engineering funds in the amount of $35,000; 5)\nAuthorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes\nto the contract; and, 6) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the contract.
