PRESENTATION OF THE FINANCE\nDEPARTMENT AND FINANCIAL OPERATIONS\nORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT PREPARED\nBY RAFTELIS\nRecommendation: receive a presentation from Finance\nDepartment staff and Raftelis providing an overview of\nthe Finance Department and Financial Operations\nOrganizational Assessment, and offer any comments or\nguidance for further review, including but not limited to:\n(1) the 20 recommendations noted – such as having two\ndistinct divisions and a 10-year financial forecast; (2)\nimproving communication with and clarifying duties of\nthe elected City Treasurer; and (3) the functions and\nservice of the Citizens Audit Review and Investment\nAdvisory Committee.
