SECOND AMENDMENT TO INDEPENDENT\nCONTRACTOR AGREEMENT FOR SMART\nPARKING GUIDANCE SYSTEM\nRecommendations:\n(1) Authorize the City Manager to execute the second\namendment to Agreement #19-39 with Frogparking,\nInc., extending the expiration date to April 2, 2026, for\nan additional amount not-to-exceed $95,814.47;\n(2) Authorize staff to release a Request for Proposals\nfor a new Smart Parking Guidance System; and\n(3) Find this action is not a project subject to the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
