FY 2022-23 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT (SPEC NO. 2022-011)\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Adopting a resolution to add the FY 2022-23 Sidewalk Repair Project to the CIP;\n(2) Appropriating $52,182 from Prop A Funds, $174,946 from TDA 3 Fund, and $122,672 from\nGas Tax Fund to the FY 22-23 Budget to proceed with this project; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\nCEQA (California Environmental Quality Act):\nThe proposed project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to 14 California Code of Regulations § 15301 as a\nClass 1 categorical exemption (Existing Facilities). The Project results in minor alterations to\nexisting public facilities involving no significant expansion of the existing use. The Project is not\nanticipated to have any significant impacts regarding traffic, noise, air quality or water quality.
