7. AWARD AN AGREEMENT TO EMPIRE PIPE CLEANING AND EQUIPMENT,\nINC. FOR CCTV INSPECTION AND STORM DRAIN CLEANING SERVICES\nIN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $39,350; AUTHORIZE THE CITY\nMANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL CONTRACT DOCUMENTS; AND APPROVE A\nCONTINGENCY AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $3,935, WHICH IS\nAPPROXIMATELY 10% OF THE CONTRACT AMOUNT\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Award an agreement for Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Inspection and\nStorm Drain Cleaning Services to Empire Pipe Cleaning and Equipment,\nInc. in the amount not to exceed $39,350;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all contract documents; and\n3. Approve a contingency amount not to exceed $3,935, which is\napproximately 10% of the contract amount.\nStaff Report
