Award and authorize the City Manager to enter into a Design-Build\nContract with McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. for the Downtown West\nParking Structure Project in the amount of $20,672,583.00 and authorize\na contingency in the amount of $2,067,258.30 (Bid No. DE-24-132-SQ-\n01).\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute future individual\nDesign-Build Contract Change Orders not exceeding the Contingency\namount for the Downtown Parking Structure Project (DE-24-132-SQ-01).\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility agreements,\nutility easement, and any related items on behalf of the City of Fontana\nfor the Downtown West Parking Structure Project (Bid No. DE-24-132\n-SQ-01).
