9. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO.2 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 3972 WITH SEBASTIAN\nWATERWORKS (DBA MR. ROOTER PLUMBING)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 3972 between the City of Montebello and Sebastian\nWaterworks Inc., (dba Mr. Rooter Plumbing) for a One (1) Year Extension through June 30, 2026; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City; and,\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
