M. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RECREATION FIELDS LED LIGHTING UPGRADES, CITY\nPROJECT NO. 19-28\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Accept the public works improvement identified as Recreation Fields LED Lighting\nUpgrades, City Project 19-28 (“Project”), as completed in accordance with the plans\nand specifications; and\n2. Authorize the City Engineer to execute and file for recordation with the Riverside\nCounty Recorder a Notice of Completion for the Recreation Fields LED Lighting\nUpgrades, City Project 19-28.
