I. ACCEPTANCE OF OUTDOOR EXERCISE EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION AND\nSURFACING IMPROVEMENTS AT DESERT HIGHLAND PARK\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Accept the public works improvement identified as Desert Highland Park Surfacing\nImprovements, as completed in accordance with the Construction Contract; 24C253.\n2. Authorize the Director of Parks & Recreation to execute and file for recordation with\nthe Riverside County Recorder a Notice of Completion for Desert Highland Park\nSurfacing Improvements project.\n3. Accept the public works improvement identified as Desert Highland Park Exercise\nEquipment Purchase and Installation, as completed in accordance with the\nConstruction Contract; 24I283.\n4. Authorize the Director of Parks & Recreation to execute and file for recordation with\nthe Riverside County Recorder a Notice of Completion for Desert Highland Park\nExercise Equipment Purchase and Installation.
