D. APPROVE PLACEMENT OF THE ARTWORK POPSICLES BY ARTIST JOHN CERNY IN\nSUNRISE PARK BY THE NORTHERN WALL OF THE LEISURE CENTER, LOCATED AT\n480 SOUTH SUNRISE WAY\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve placement of the Popsicles artwork by Artist John Cerny in Sunrise Park in\nfront of the northern wall of the Leisure Center, located at 480 South Sunrise Way.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to facilitate the\nplacement of the Popsicles artwork outside the northern wall of the Pavillion.
