FIRST STREET Staff is requesting City Council consideration and\napproval to release a competitive offering for 0.4 acres of City-owned real\nproperty at 150 E. First Street within Development Area 2 of the\nDowntown Commercial Core Specific Plan pursuant to the procedures\nrecently approved by the City Council in Resolution 25-10.\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take the\n3/28/25, 12:12 PM Regular Meeting of the City Council/Closed Session-4:30 pm/Regular Meeting-6:00 pm\nfollowing actions: 1. Authorize staff to release a competitive offering for 0.4\nacres of City-owned real property at 150 E. First Street within\nDevelopment Area 2 of the Downtown Commercial Core Specific Plan\npursuant to the procedures recently approved by the City Council in\nResolution 25-10; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to continue and/or\nenter into temporary leases and licenses prior to final disposition Fiscal\nImpact: There is no fiscal impact associated with this item.
