9. AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING TOWER REHABILITATION \nGRANT AND $60,000 PURCHASE ORDER WITH C&S COMPANIES, INC.\nFOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES\nProposed Motion:\n1. Accept $500,000 Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Bipartisan Infrastructure Law\n(BIL) Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grant and authorize City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute all related grant documents.\n2. Authorize receipt and appropriation of $500,000 FAA BIL AIP grant funds to Capital\nImprovement Project 49019 Airport Terminal Building Tower Rehabilitation Project\nwithin the Airport Enterprise Fund (Fund 40).\n3. Authorize Administrative Services Director, or designee, to execute a $60,000\npurchase order with C&S Companies, Inc. for professional engineering design\nservices and authorize Public Works Director to execute design change orders within\nthe approved project budget.
