Make the necessary appointments to fill the vacancies listed below:\na. One (1) vacancy on the Citizens’ Oversight Committee for a four-year term; and\nb. One (1) vacancy on the Financial Audit Oversight Committee for a three-year\nterm; and\nc. One (1) vacancy on the Orange County Mosquito Vector District Board.\n3. Direct Staff update the City’s master Commission and Committee vacancy list; and\n4. Continue the Commission and Committee Application/Recruitment process for any\nremaining vacancies for future consideration of appointments.
