1. PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR 25-202\nTHE RECONSTRUCTION OF FIRE STATION NO. 2\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Award a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to Accenture Infrastructure\nand Capital Projects LLC, 300 Spectrum Center Drive, Suite 1400, Irvine,\nCalifornia, in an amount not to exceed $1,774,775 for construction\nmanagement services for the reconstruction of Fire Station No. 2, with an\ninitial allocation of $225,000 and the remaining allocation following\nsuccessful issuance of bond for Fire Station No. 2 Reconstruction Project.\n2. Authorize a ten percent (10%) contingency in the amount of $177,477 for\nunforeseen costs related to the project.\n3.
