8. SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE CITYWIDE TRAFFIC SIGNAL 25-231\nMAINTENANCE CONTRACT\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve the Second Amendment to the Maintenance Services Agreement\n(MSA) with Yunex, LLC to provide maintenance of the City’s traffic signals,\nincreasing the annual compensation limit by $200,000, for an annual not to\nexceed amount of $700,000.\n2.
