6. Approve Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Baldwin\nPark and the Department of Recreation and Community Services Trust for\nActivity #6 of Permanent Local Housing Allocation Funds\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the MOU between the City of Baldwin Park and the RCS\nfor the PLHA Funds - Housing Trust Match in the amount of\n$366,949.12; and\n2. Authorize the CEO and the Director of Recreation & Community\nServices to execute the MOU and necessary documents associated\nwith the PLHA Funds; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Finance to make appropriations, including\npayments, upon receipt of funding from the Department of Housing\n& Community Development (HCD).
