Approval of Landscape Maintenance Agreement and Amendment No. 1 to\nFreeway Maintenance Agreement with Caltrans in relation to Barnes Park\nProject (CIP 21-198) and Caltrans Permit No. 07-23-N-MC-1333\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Landscape Maintenance Agreement; and\n2. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Freeway Maintenance Agreement\nwith Caltrans for the Barnes Park Project (CIP 21-198); and\n3.
